Various food in paper trays and plastic baskets lined with parchment paper: chopped pork, red slaw, hush puppies, and onion rings.

Rough cut bbq looks dry in the pic, but was not. This was my first experience with red slaw after hearing of it for a lifetime and it is delicious. The onion rings were solid and the hush puppies were 10/10. My first trip to Lexington BBQ was a success. Would eat again.
