The man, a nudist, perceives himself as he is, he appreciates his body and finds gratitude and peace in that perception. He is still however always subject to the perceptions of the outside world with its standards of ideal body form, its dislike of vulnerability and a pervasive need to make others conform to those standards. The man is not looking at himself but at the viewer. He seeks to know how he is perceived, if he is wanted, if his existence matters, but he doesn't ask this of himself but of the observer. Social media and its toxicity is well known to all use it, it allows us to hide behind a wall in order to criticize and judge each other. We don't even need to expose ourselves to be victims to it. If you have read this far please do you're part to keep the toxicity down, share things that are honest and true, kind and considerate. And if you have been a victim of someone else's unkindness, do what you need to to for you mental health. Block them off but also remember they are probably miserable and don't waste your energy getting angry or even. Lastly find people who care about you and surround yourself with them, they may not agree with you but they support you, they might not understand why you post nudes of yourself online, and they may have their own flaws but that only helps you realize that you are normal (if normal is a good thing) you are as normal as anyone else and as weird and courageous as everyone wishes they could be.
