The signage to North Station is also theoretically correct.

The dedicated bike path ends here, so the bike route to North Station is via the North Washington Street bridge underpass.

At the sign you should turn right and follow the harborwalk under the bridge to Lovejoy Wharf.

First, the signage to Charlestown is correct. From where the sign is, you should proceed straight to the North Washington Street / Bill Russell bridge, and turn right there.

A concerned citizen filed this 311 report about a way-finding sign at the northern terminus of the Commercial St bike path.

They're right: the sign is wrong. But not for the reasons you would think.
