What is the context? And why is this coming from the DNI and not the secretary of state, or the president?

I remain skeptical. Words are great but actions are better. I doubt champions for programs like SLCM will go down without a fight.

Whether DOGE ultimately gets this access or not….it is yet another example of how irresponsible it is to let unvetted people run through our government without a plan.
