Well he might be, I just dont know if he is. He could have a very active and vibrant digital life for all I know lol

Selling a piece of art is such a great feeling and I havent sold any thing in months, it is really terrible. But I shall remain positive and continue creating and presenting artwork to all of you out there.

I just wanted to let all of you know where I am at and what Im going through and the challenges Im facing right now for me and that I could really use a few people to come through and help me out by getting some artwork.

So when you buy a painting or quilt from me, youre also helping street dogs and cats get food and medical care.

Oh and also, my wife and I feed stray dogs and cats here in Thailand, we have street animals all over the place here and we do a lot of work helping them, many of you might already be aware of that, our small animal-assistance operation we run here in our town.

I am hoping that this is just an awful period and that if I just hang in there my business will be able to provide for me again like it did before.

I have lots of local artist friends here producing amazing stuff as well; I am always visiting them at their studios and photographing it and posting it and trying to help them sell their stuff in addition to my own.

This is the lowest period ever in my career as a professional artist, which is a real shame because am able to produce really nice stuff, I have developed quite a few skills over many years of practice.

Im still creating, still making stuff, still trying, please support me if you could. Despite what is happening I am still creating so please support me if you could! I have tons and tons of quilts and paintings just waiting around patiently for interiors to call home 🤍🤍🤍

I apologize for this, in the last two decades of living in Thailand I have never been told by the post office 'No, we can't send packages to America', but yea, today that is exactly what happened.

And also, I want to ask all the non-Americans out there who follow me to consider getting some artwork, I could really use your help to keep my business going. It is very easy for me to s end artwork to you, wherever you are in the world.

It could be next week, it could be months from now, Im not sure, no one knows. So yea, please consider getting a quilt if you could, that would really help me out.

So I apologize to my fellow Americans out there, right now if you buy something from me, I will have to hold it for you until the post office becomes normal again.

It has been so unpredictable when I try to send things the last few months, sometimes it is double or triple the price, other times it is normal, I never know how much money to bring, or how much to charge the customers for shipping, it is so aggravating.

In March it seemed like things had leveled off and been resolved but apparently not. My wife said that the negotiations over the rates are still ongoing and that is the reason for all of the fluctuations in price and disruption in the whole system .

So if any of my fellow Americans would like a quilt, it would really help me out a lot since my painting business has been in sharp decline the last few months, and now I am having all of these issues with shipping to the USA.

But please dont forget about me out there! I have lots of great stuff available. The quilts that I sell are in the USA with my mom at her house so if you get a quilt from me and you're in the USA, this doesnt apply.

I already have enough stuff to worry about and this is such a nuclear bomb to my business. Im honestly numb with fear about my future.
