I miss my oshi

I gotta keep growing so that one day, I’ll know this decision was the right one

Sometimes, to get things done, we gotta make tough calls.
We have to think logically, separate from emotions.
It’s hard, especially for me since I don’t like change, but I’ll keep working to make things better and protect what matters

I finally finished everything I could do for now! I've been working hard for two days straight! I'm going to take a bath and get some sleep.

There are other tasks that need to be done, and I've been told by many people that I should find and hire a manager or someone to help me, but it's extremely difficult to find them as an individual.

There are so many things I want to do, so many more things I want to stream, I want to meet you guys more, so why do I have a finite amount of energy and time? uhhh

I'm a completely individual vtuber and don't have a manager or company to support me
So I was surprised to find out that there are such people out there who are also individual vtubers

Maybe I'm just a weird vtuber...

How many medium to large individual vtubers have no backup or support team at all?

I'm just amazed these days to see people I thought were completely individual, but now I see that they have supporters(assistants?), directors,or etc. of the operation, and they are publicizing it

I would like to go to the Onsen for a day when my current busy situation calms down ♨︎

I have received many, many great offers and opportunities to speak with powerful people, including some I can't talk about yet, and I'm learning a lot✨

But I'm a little overworked and a lot of things are not getting done in time😵‍💫
