I have a question about AI and spam calls. I rarely get a spam call from anyone, if I stay in cell service. As soon as I go out of cell service, on Hwy 6 in particular, i get a spam call soon as I am back in service. Has someone planted software to alert spammers? Or are Big 3 getting some $$$

I am underwhelmed by the Budget. Maybe the LPC know something & they will get enough votes from other Parties to support this. (Or persons crossing the floor). It appears to be a watered down version of a budget they would have presented, if they had a Majority.
