I think they were opening for Jason Isbell. They weren't doing their thing in their way in the best venue for them yet, but they clearly were moving in the right direction. Great musicians who needed a sound team that knew them and what they were trying to do. I'd love to see them again now.

Tried to die earlier, Keystone Kops-style. Took a step. Knee crunches and pops on back leg, shortening my next step. Managed to step on the toe of my sock, so the next step was unexpectedly very short. Had the dresser not been there for me to grab, the coroner would have been quite puzzled I think.
