Bucky’s line, “I’m following you,” obviously references this quote from the first movie.

-The short comic was drawn between the release of the Avengers: Infinity War trailer and the movie's premiere.

“I'm loyal to nothing except the dream.”
This is a classic line from Captain America in the comics. However, this short comic doesn't carry such grand ideals—it’s more about simple, personal emotions.

If it weren’t for the serum, Bucky wouldn’t have become the Winter Soldier. Without the enhanced training and metal arm, he probably wouldn’t have survived those missions, and Steve wouldn’t have met Bucky in 2014.
