I wouldn’t be mad if Speedball won. The game of hot potato they have been playing with the TNT title is working. Briscoe and Ciampa are both hot going into their feud against each other after short reigns. Kyle Fletcher is over and a loss won’t hurt him. Why not give Speedball a big win?

The screwy finish at Starcade, the finger poke of doom and making David Arquette world champ are what I think of when I think about the worst booking wcw ever did. Punk winning the belt from Hangman and Hangman never being able to win the title again would be the worst booking aew ever did

Mayu Iwatani beat Mercedes for the IWGP Women's title and held it for 735 days Red Velvet beat Mercedes to unify the ROH women's tv title and has held it for 93 days and counting Toni Storm beat Mercedes in AEW World title match. Statlander defeated Mercedes to retain the AEW World title and might win it again at Revolution Willow beat Mercedes twice is the AEW women's tag and tbs champion Alex Persephone beat Mercedes for the CMLL Women's title and has a TBS title this week Alex Windsor beat Mercedes for the RevPro Women's title and just won the NJPW Strong Women's title This was the point of her belt collector gimmick. Beating her now elevates a person into the main event scene across the world. She's had a legendary run so far

Mercedes Moné has legit claim to being the greatest women’s wrestler of all time. Her AEW run hasn’t even really begun until she wins the World title and she has already elevated the women’s wrestling scene around the world into something better than it was before she started

Alex Windsor just won the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship. Good for her. If was booking NJPW I would have Mercedes vs Windsor for the title at the next possible show. Have Windsor beat her again to really put her over

But ever since Willow has had it again it feels like the least important title on a show that has too many titles. I hope Persephone wins it on dynamite and it gets back to being the up and comer title with the prestige of Willow, Statlander and Mercedes in the lineage making it feel important

The TBS title has always been in a weird place. It’s supposed to be important but it was just a prop for Jade for a long time then it started to get some prestigious as the up and comer belt when Statlander, Julia Hart and Willow won it. Then it became Mercedes’ belt. She had some bangers with it..

I’d be cool with that actually. Can protect Harley if Willow eats the pin too. She won’t be hurt by getting pinned in her second match of the night. I don’t know how how you get there without someone turning heel but Harley beating Willow for the tbs title down the road could be cool

They are just no dq brawls all over the place fall count anywhere type matches. Cool names and the music playing during anrachy is a vibe. The casino ladder match needs to come back. It was another great combination of the rumble and money and the bank. The joker element is really cool

AEW keeps trying to come up with unique gimmick matches. It’s hard to come up with something like the Royal rumble or money in the bank. The Casino Gauntlet is the perfect combination of the gimmicks and the best match type AEW had created. Stadium Stampede/Anarchy in the Arena are great too but…

Yeah that was the casino battle royal. With a joker as the final entrant. They have tried a few different variations of the battle royal gimmick. The casino gauntlet is the best version they have done. The royal rumble is obviously the best version of the gimmick but only one place can do that

So if I understand correctly the gimmick is just a normal battle royal but the 21st guy is Ricochet and the winner of the battle royal is National Champion. That’s fine but I would do it rumble style and give everyone an entrance and champions advantage gets the 21 spot. Or just do a casino gauntlet

The way the rankings line up with what’s on tv right now is great. #1 Hangman has a ppv title match. #2 Andrade has a ppv match with #13 Bandido. #3 Brody king has a ppv match with #5 Swerve. #4 Darby and #6 Gabe Kidd are feuding. #7 Garcia just beat #9 Ciampa who turned heel on #10 Mark Briscoe

Yeah from the return and through this match it was great. Then it started going down hill once he won the belt from hangman

FTR and Ciampia would be a hell of a trios team. If FTR drops the tag titles they could bring some credibility to the division, FTR have mastered tag team wrestling now they can master trios wrestling

I would love for that to happen. I’ve only seen a few of her matches but I don’t think there is a way to put her over more then right after winning the CMLL title from Mercedes she then beats Willow for the TBS title.
