So the alt text gave me a question. What is the title he has? Like what is the hierarchy of the belts over there. They have two world champions but the one punk has isn’t the real world title right? Is it like the International title? Just a belt for someone like Okada or punk to carry around?

So we got like 3 or more years until he’s 18? He has a ready built legacy in aew if he wants it. They should have saved the “first person to win a title in their debut” gimmick for Brodie Lee Jr winning the tnt title instead of Ciampa but I digress

#1 Young Bucks have a title match against FTR at Revolution. I've enjoyed big stoke and the party matches they have been having in the build up to the ppv but I'm not really invested in this match #2 The Rascalz earned a title shot in an eliminator match but they haven't announced when they get their match. If they have I missed it #3 Eddie Kingston and Ortiz are running a wrestling school right now and Eddie has some health issues. Hopefully it isn't to serious and he and Ortiz can fight someone about it at Revolution #4 ProtShita and #5 Protokada are Kyle Fletcher, Okada and Takeshita. This love triangle has been going on for awhile and maybe they all fight about at Revolution #6 JetSpeed are part of the trios champions JetSetRodeo. They could easily challenge for the tag titles but seem more focused on singles gold then anything else #7 Outrunners, #8 LFI, #9 The Swirl and #10 Private Party are all fighting each other in a money match. I think the winners could also be in title contention and fight about it after Revolution

#1 Thunder Rosa has a world title match on dynamite against Thekla. This will be Thekla's first defense and if she retains it is unclear who she will fight at Revolution #2 Timeless Toni Storm appears to have wrapped up all her side quests so maybe she refocuses on becoming world champion again. She could fight about it at Revolution #3 Statlander is due a rematch in my opinion. She beat Thekla once and I want to see the rubber match. If Thunder Rosa doesn't win the belt on dynamite maybe all three women can fight about it at Revolution #4 Mina Shirikawa is always one win away from becoming champion I feel like. It might not be the time to challenge for the world title but if Willow isn't defending the tag titles I think Mina would make a great TBS Champion. They should fight about it at Revolution #5 Megan Bayne has recently lost in attempts to become tbs and tag champions. Best wishes to Penelope Ford and hope she is ok but Bayne should team with Lena Kross until Penelope is healthy and maybe fight someone about it at Revolution

Kevin Knight has risen through the rankings after an impressive performance in the C2. After getting a few solid wins he talked himself into a world title match. The trios champion is now the #2 ranked contender for the world title and has a title match on dynamite this week. Hangman Adam Page and Takeshita are the clear #1 contenders for the world and continental titles. They both have matches set for the ppv. #2 Andrade wasn't able to get an AEW world title shot but he is still in the hunt. #11 Bandido also wants to get back in the AEW world title scene. They will fight about it at Revolution. #3 Brody King had laid out a challenge to #6 Swerve Strickland to find out who really is the most dangerous man in AEW. They will fight about it at Revolution. #4 Darby Allin is in a never ending feud with #8 Gabe Kidd and Clark Conners. Now #14 Orange Cassidy is involved and they will all fight about it at Revolution

#5 Tommaso Ciampa has made it known he wants to try and get the tnt title back from Kyle Fletcher. They might fight about it at Revolution #7 Claudio is the CMLL Heavyweight Champion and has been defended the belt both in Mexico and the US all while feuding with the Don Callis Family. They might fight about it at Revolution #9 Mark Brisco lost the seventh and final match with tnt champion Kyle Fletcher so it's unclear what direction he goes in next. I'd like him to get a couple members of the conglomeration together and win the trios titles #10 El Clon and #13 Hechicero are part of the Don Callis Family and for now they are fighting with the death riders. They might fight about it at Revolution #12 Jack Perry seems to still have sights set on Ricochet and the national title. They might fight about it again at Revolution #15 Jay Lethal was on tv this week in a losing effort. This will probably be the only time he will be ranked this year and he might fight about it on the pre show for Revolution

I just said the same thing. As soon as he showed up on screen I want from not caring about hook and the OPPs at all to being invested. Plus there is the Max Caster of it all. This could be a cool story for the next couple weeks

Ok I am now interested in the OPPs. Bowens would make an excellent addition to the group. I didn’t even know I wanted it but Anthony Bowens with a killer vibe might be what he has been missing as a singles guy #aewcollision

For me everything involving the men in JetSetRodeo would be better if they weren’t the trios champs. Why would I think those belts matter when the people wearing them just want other belts?

The IWGP Intercontinental Championship (IWGP 1 ンターコンチネンタル王座、IWGP intakonchinentaru öza) was a professional wrestling championship owned by the New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotion. "IWGP" is the acronym of NJPW's governing body, the International Wrestling Grand Prix （インターナショナル・レスリング・グラン・プリ、 intânashonaru resuringu guran puri). 6! The title was officially announced on January 5, 2011, and the Inaugural Champion MVP was crowned on May 15, 2011, during NJPW's first tour of the United States. On March 4, 2021, the championship was physically retired by NJPW after being unified with the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to form the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship, with the title being officially retired on January 6, 2026 following the IWGP World Championship's reigns being merged back into the IWGP Heavyweight's, those reigns also being retroactively merged with the Intercontinental Championship's history as well.?! The final champion was Yota Tsuji, who was in his first reign at the time of the title's retirement.

Yeah it’s confusing and the njpw intercontinental title is retired now apparently. I don’t follow njpw close enough to know all the details but this is what Wikipedia says.
