I dont have family or therapy. But I have one friend that helps me attending appointments.
But I need someone that looks after me. Someone that takes me by the hand and does everything with me. Like attending appointments, going food shopping, cooking, eating, cleaning, going to sleep, waking up...

Not good. I switch between being distracted and being too overwhelmed to do the steps to help myself. I don't have control over my life...

Maybe the people who don't care about you forget you, but never your true friends! You can maybe ask them to always send you a small message when they think ofyou. Or they can do a tally sheet and show you after a week
