We tried the first two thing you mentioned but it didn’t help. Haven’t looked into the RAM yet

But I kept trying and at one point it decided to turn on anyway. boot with optimals and everything is fine.
It feels like a ticking time bomb and we still don't know why it does it. 3 People tried to find the problem but to no avail.

One day we just took out the battery in general and it worked for a while. Now it still happens once in a while.
Some days it boots up no problem and then it doesn't for no reason.
Today it wouldn't start at all after I turned the electricity back on.

The only thing that helped in the past was, taking out the batterie (the ones you put in a watch or in old gameboy cardridges) and take off all electricity connections for like 10 minutes.
Then put everything back and turn on. Then boot with optimals.
