I overheated. 1st long ride w/o my hydration vest. I usually carry a frozen pack to keep me & my drink cool. Due to NYC rules, I can'twear it; I'll carry a cooling towel in a plastic bag in my H2O bottle.🤞 it works as well. I ride so multiple sclerosis becomes mystery solved. Please donate. Thanks!

This is 15 mi into a last big #BikeMSNYC training ride. Holy crap, I was NOT well at 22.5 mi, & finished 30. I almost bonked. Only 80°. Wrists pain. Bicep cramp. I had to stop 4x in the last 6 mi. Nutrition ✔️ Hydration ✔️ #MSSUCKS

Tonight's plan was dinner with a friend & laundry. Friend canceled. Ok, I'll cook a few meals for the week.
I walked by my gym bag and remembered the fabric pulled away from the strap in a spot. So, I solved that problem, but have not done laundry or made food....or eaten dinner.
