Can we move some funds in their direction? 🌻

I've been saying for almost 2 decades now that it should the current paradigm of "AI" acting as a helpmeet to fascism should be no surprise, when the drivers of fascism— militarism, capitalism, carcerality, white supremacy, &c— are the soil, the water, & roots from which this idea of "AI" was grown.

Currently tearing my hair out because I adopted an urgent rent need for a family that needs to pay $3050 RIGHT MEOW to stay out of eviction court and then I got an urgent request from another rent fund and there’s $320 left in my Venmo account. So much need and I wish I could be everywhere at once 😭

It’s not just Medicaid funding they’re withholding to MN. It’s food assistance, child care assistance, social services, job training, safety testing, public health, disaster relief. SNAP. Free lunch for kids in school.

They beat a blind refugee who speaks no English for failing to obey police commands he could not understand. Then instead of apologizing, they charged him with possession of a “weapon”—HIS WALKING STICK. Then they dumped him miles from home without notifying anyone, after which he was found dead.

They won't start with banning birth control. First they'll lie about it. Then dictate who can prescribe it, use it, fund it, in what forms, and for how long. Suddenly, your doctor won't call you back. I know this is what they'll do because it's what they're doing to transgender healthcare right now.
