But I do hate that customers feel like they can get away with talking to me like that cuz I'm in a customer service position, and I'm therefore obligated to be nice. 🙃

Was having an okay conversation with a customer. She starts to walk away, then stops, places her hand on the counter and leans toward me.

"So what are you doing with that stuff all over your arms?"

"What are you gonna do when you're older?"

"Everything sags. All your smiles are gonna be frowns."
