Komaki here has a long straight beard, thick eyebrows and slicked-back hair with a prominent widow's peak. He is wearing a hanjuban under a uwagi keikogi, baggy pants, tabi socks, rain boots, fingerless gloves, and a white towel with a blue dot pattern worn over his neck. The sleeves of his uwagi keikogi look ripped and jagged. Komaki is positioning his flippers and feet as if preparing for an incoming battle. Kiryu has slightly thick slicked-back hair and slightly sharp and thick eyebrows. He is wearing a jacket over a shirt with its chest area slightly unbuttoned. Kiryu's feet are in a V-shape and his seen flipper is curled up to a fist in a way that implies that he is preparing for something, and his head is tilted down while he looks at the camera, stern and cautious. Both Komaki and Kiryu are drawn looking alert and ready for something.
