I got so many debt collectors calls from our medical providers-because they kept forgetting to scroll down and bill our secondary insurance that we had for covering copays.
Double health insurance, still getting sent to debt collection.

Having been through a Mini-DOGE when Schwarzenegger was Gov of California (years of furloughs) it will never be back to what it was. You lose attorneys to private practice and it's rare they come back, especially as civil service now lacks the security and stability it used to have as employment.

I'm an expat as well-it's doesn't "cost nothing" but it costs everyone a reasonable amount, in a predictable tax, so that people are not bankrupted when they get sick. THAT is a worthy and civilized goal.

Zip tie children
Grab Chicagoans from their beds in dead of the night
Open fire on a civilian in her car

Yet they say immigrants are the threat.

Protesters are the threat.

We know better.

Reminder that we still don’t know what happened to the 1,000 immigrants who went missing from Alligator Alcatraz.

Their families and attorneys can’t locate them.

They’ve been disappeared.

People are still being sent to that horrible place without any due process.
