well that was a week 😊 experienced a 50 degree temperature difference yesterday coming home!!!!

a whole 32 years old today, spending it in my favourite place 😊🎂

i could have just as easily put heated rivalry or the long game here but role model needs LOVE! i love shane and ilya but troy and harris have such a special place in my heart. in my notes i described it as: "This book was so soft and sweet and cute!!!"

i read this entire series with the intention of reading book 4 specifically, and what do you know-- book 5 was my favourite! it's another age gap (i'm predictable) but there's a real story here and a very sweet imaginary man who i wish was real.

i loved this book so much. it just had so many things that i enjoy reading about. it features a sugar relationship, age gap and some light kink. apparently in my notes i wrote: "This is a five star read!"

this was definitely the most 'classic' book i read and it was a nice little change. ignore the reviews, just set aside some time and immerse yourself in the book. it's so moving and emotional.

finished 2025 having read 107 books, 100 of which i read by the end of september before losing the will to do anything requiring brain power.

i was suddenly struck with inspiration to work on something i've been thinking about for a while. i still have work to do on it, but to keep me on track to a date i have in my mind, i'll be revealing a few letters, or numbers, everyday until there's a full title reveal!

fully aware that i’m overly emotional today but i think im going to just turn comments off on bmb. comments like this make me feel so guilty that i can’t give everyone what they want.

today is one year since skully passed away. it has gone so fast but also so slow. there’s not a day that goes by where i don’t think about her and miss her 💗

sorry if it’s frustrating for you.

it’s unbearable for me.

one day, bmb will come back. my promise has always been that it will be finished. i have no answer as to when. it is almost mentally painful to even consider working on this story at this point in my life. in fact!! i’ve pretty much stopped writing, one of my favourite things, almost entirely.

thanks anon for reminding me to be more grateful than i already am for those who read bmb. i really appreciate your empathy and understanding during one of the hardest times of my life. comments and asks that say “im still waiting!” and “it’s been a year…” are very encouraging and not tiresome /s

i feel like i've been extremely open and clear about the fact that bmb isn't being updated any time soon, but that it WILL be. so please stop asking me about it.
