Tonight I whipped up a cold & creamy shrimp salad with cucumber & celery. Sauced with a blend of olive oil mayo, sour cream, the juice of one lemon, paprika, dill weed and a touch of sugar.

Understandable. I like it better than regular bacon, and I don't normally eat beef or pork. I figured if I was going a far as eating a cow's liver for dinner, I should skip the pork belly in my side dish 😆

I made liver and onions served with a side of turkey bacon seared brussels sprouts. No one ate this but me 😅 I think I overcooked the liver, still tasty.
