I think - not 100% sure - that the second most popular Zionist stance is that Jews have a right to exist in a majority Jewish 'haven' state(Israel), where we are a safe from international antisemitic persecution.

People need to understand that Zionism has several branches of thought, and that the Ben Gvir and Smotrich one isn't the most popular one, not even close.
For most Zionists it's simply the belief in the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in their ancestral homeland.

Even after Oct 7th I made it a point to stay openly Pro Palestinian.
But this has gone too far.
You western 'pro Palis' twisted the meaning of the term into something so evil I can no longer use it, even though it literally describes me.

The protests in unis aren't pro palestine they're blatantly antisemitic and do absolutely nothing for Palestinians. All they do is make Jewish people miserable.

Israelis ARE rising up. Most want him and his entire party out and/or in jail.
Again, sanctions alone won't do much. The IDF can maintain military prowess without aid and Netanyahu doesn't give a shit about sanctions.
Also, Netanyahu is a lot of vile things, but genocidal isn't one of them.

Once Palestinians can govern themselves in that microcosm without falling to fundementalist Islamist lunatics, a plan for wider national independance can be talked about since there will be a precedence for proper Palestinian self-governance.

We need to end the Gaza war as soon as possible, get Netanyahu and the Likud out, and with a sane Israeli government in conjunction with international aid reinstate a moderate Palestinian government there.
That alone can take more than a decade(hopefully not). That's where we start.

I echo your support of the two-state solution, but stopping military aid won't change much. Even if the military budget in Israel will be cut in half, Israel can very well defend itself or maintain offensive prowess without it.
A broader plan must be made.

Nothing more empathetic than slaughtering 1500 civilians(including children and elderly).

Palestinians deserve WAY better than what they've been dealt in Gaza.
Drop the axis of resistance and start building something that works.
Israelis are already hard at work on getting a change in leadership. It's time ALL Palestinians join the Gazan protests against Hamas and do the same.

I hate the current IL government. Most people here do, especially after October 7th.
