How big a problem is GPS jamming / spoofing?

Imagine there was a system on which all telecoms, banking, airline flights, shipping, and every smart bomb or drone ever made depends.

Now imagine you could knock out that system in a city block with a $500 device -- or a whole city for $100,000.

For those who may not remember, funding an adversary in a proxy war in Afghanistan was a big part of how the US bankrupted the Soviet Union.

Well see if they just print money and use it to short oil futures then they price of oil stays low and that holds down inflation which counters the negative effect of printing money
