If you can see it, your OS install may be dead - there are a few potential ways to fix that, usually by creating a Windows Recovery Media (disc or USB) and booting off that.

Or, the drive is wrecked and will need replacing. Both of these options have potential for data loss sadly.

If it can't see it, check if your warranty allows for cracking open the PC. If it's out of warranty, pop the PC open, disconnect the drive gently, make sure there's no dust in the ports (canned air is best for this) and then reconnect it gently but firmly. Then try again.

It's often something like F8, F10 or F12. Press that like a maniac while the PC starts to get to the BIOS menu.

From there, you should be able to see all the storage available to you - if you can see the drive in the list, make sure it's chosen as the first boot option. 2/?

For some reason, it's not seeing an OS on your drive. The quickest, cheapest problem would be your boot order has gotten confused - when you start the PC, there should be an initial boot screen with the PC manufacturer. Usually it'll specify an F key to press to get into the BIOS. 1/?
