That tiger is Marcel, Jaymie's favorite "employer" and one of the few acquaintances that he hasn't (or will ever) fucked. Marcel owns several businesses around Night City and is always getting shaken down by various gangs and politicians. Jaymie does a great job of keeping those people off his ass.

I don't have a name for him yet, but he's a hedonistic himbo who's a bit of a troublemaker. Roams around Night City looking for "A Good Night".
