Yeah I agree there are certainly things going on with the movie, but the writing is just very weak and the characters are paper thin. The characters constantly look into the camera spell out exactly how they feel/what their character traits are meant to be instead of showing anything through action

It's not offensively bad, im just not impressed with how one note and static the characters are. Overall the plot felt like a bunch of popular tropes in a trench coat. Y'know playing the hits. The crowd pleaser story beats. ig its accurate to kpop in that it was made in the lab for mass appeal
