anyway i'll try to spend at least some of that downtime working on my novels since i'm already way behind my meaningless self-imposed deadlines. with any luck i'll have ten finished chapters of my new original novel, which i'll probably post online.

this weekend i'm driving back to pennsylvania to visit my family. i'm not changing my sleep schedule though, so that means i have to be quiet all night at my brother's house while he's sleeping, and he has to be quiet during the day so i can sleep. this way everyone is inconvenienced.

i played age of mythology for the first time yesterday morning, but somehow the game didn't exit properly even though it wasn't running, so steam thinks i've been playing it for the past 22 hours.

me, hearing a loud crash coming from my living room: "eh, i'm sure that was nothing important. i don't have anything important in my life."

i just watched the movie ronin with robert deniro and there are a lot of unanswered questions in that movie, but my biggest question was who was the sniper that killed the ice skater? that was a totally random plot point. they just dropped a nameless sniper into the movie with no explanation.

definitely play them if you get a chance. honestly i love the story for legacy of kain so much, haha. its got vampires, time travel, magic, all sorts of cool shit. "blood brothers" was the first fanfic i ever wrote and "mortality" is a novel i'm really proud of. i'd still like to write a third one.

not sure but it might have been legacy of kain. i was writing my first fanfic at the time and i thought "hey maybe other people have already done this." it would have been on fanfiction-net and i was probably 22 or 23.

no, i could not. furthermore, i doubt i could do even one of those things in 24 hours. i don't drink beer, so that's out. 24 tacos is like 10 times my daily food intake, no way could i eat that many. i could probably walk 10 miles, but running? not a chance, i can't even run 50 yards.

i remember when they announced the tour but for some reason i never realized there was a show in milwaukee. i get concert updates from the rave and some other venues, but not the fiserv so i guess i just missed it. at least i got to see them at summerfest like 20 years ago, haha.
