Eh, the beauty of pizza is that it can be customized a gabillion ways to suit individual taste. For me, pineapple with pizza just feels....wrong.

Oh - there IS a Use Of Cheese I've found that I wouldn't have thought would work - Korean "Army Base Stew" (aka budae jjigae). Kimchi, mushrooms, gochujang, spam, hot dogs, baked beans, and maybe tteok, thrown together with water and a ramen noodle cake and a slice of cheese. It just WORKS.

I also don't do cheese with a chicken fillet sandwich. MAYBE roast beef.

This may be one of those "pineapple on pizza, y/n" Book Of Conflicts things and I own it. 99.9% of the time I've been cooking for myself and am Set In My Ways.

*shrug* I'm weirdly fussy about whether cheese "belongs" in some things. For some reason tuna and cheese feels wrong.

Maybe....make it without cheese?

🍽️ Been getting into zero-waste or reduced-waste thinking around food recently - freezing stuff before it goes bad, or turning tired produce into something else I can use still (like apples-become-applesauce-become-applesauce-muffins). Anyone want to recommend some sites or books?
