Also just sounds like a lot more work for less reward. Having to ignore awesome works you did and having to potentially make more pieces with less passion to pad/fill up your folio.

With my finite knowledge. I'd say do show something recent and absolutely you. A critique on something you did 3 years ago & a portfolio tailor made for just an assignment I'd argue carries far less meaning as you've progressed and/or changed over the years n ur not putting ur best foot forward.

Mayhaps "Within Earshot" "Psychic Solutions" is a rather new one so a quick read. "Places We Call Home" if u don't mind a one that focuses on darker topics. Mayhaps "Powered Investigations"? Author's quite invested in it and often makes some nice music to go alongside it.

I'm not so sure. I'm also not sure if they're sure they know what they're casting.
