Wrexham restaurant celebrates fundraising milestone for Hope House Tŷ Gobaith Staff at a Wrexham restaurant are celebrating after reaching a fundraising milestone in aid of Hope House Tŷ Gobaith children’s hospices. The Golden Lion, in Rossett, recently hit £12,500 for the charity, which cares for over 700 children and families living with a life-threatening condition across North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire. Landlord, Allan Parrington, said local residents have been supporting the restaurant's fundraising activities since 2017 through golf days, raffles, quizzes and festive squares.
