2016, had enough of windows 10 debloating and it becoming slow, didn't feel like I had control over my hardware as Microsoft continued forcing updates that didn't interest me and advertising the crap out of me when I paid a full licence of windows 10 home. Mint and Ubuntu were the gateway drugs :)

Asus M11AD PC my family bought in 2013, i3 4130T with 4GB of DDR3 memory, hasn't been used in at least 5 years, it's now been revived with Debian, running 3 docker containers to host as a photo and media server.
Linux saves computers. not force you to buy a new one like winblows 11 #linux #endof10
