Humpday morning meander, and it looks like a BlueSky day ahead

I love marzipan, and frangipane. I was thinking of adding some marzipan to the frangipane mince pies I make, perhaps cubed. Delia Smith’s Simnel cake recipe for Easter has cubed marzipan through it. It’s deliciously gooey when you get a bite of molten marzipan.

A day of laundry, cleaning the kitchen, pottering in the garden, walking the dogs and a visit to the village craft fair, so I’m treating myself to a G&T in the bath 🛁
