It’s been a while since I’ve been here but I’m back! I had a kidney transplant at the end of January and that’s going great. I contracted cytomegalovirus from my donor kidney and have been very ill since March. I’m back in the hospital again, but I’m fighting this as hard as I can! Good to be back!

Just a life update to let you all know I received a lifesaving kidney last night and I'm doing incredibly well. I am in ICU for a few days and will then step down to a lower level while I heal. My phone is charging and I'm doing pretty well thanks to you all. ❤️❤️❤️
