The dark shell of depression cracked in 2024. Not completely - I think recovery and healing are still a long way away - but I can say that I've re-learned to genuinely smile this year. And I'm thankful for that.

It's very hard to be kind, but you have to be that kindness in the world that will help other people see that it is okay to be kind too, that there's a place to rest and be well.

Love is plentiful and can always be shared. The more you share, the more goes around.

I want to believe this so badly.
