Absolutely!! Unless you play the game you'd never know how much of a sweetheart big brother type he is

yeah, how cool would it have been to see Link acting super expressive during flashbacks, like he's rediscovering who he is and how he acted.

Thank you, most of that characterization is technically headcanon but I feel it fits the narrative and tone of the game well

oh yeah no I understood the sarcasm, I was agreeing with you, I love the animation they gave him for stuff like great fairy scenes and cooking, but it's so weird that they made him so stoic during story cutscenes when historically every other 3D Link has been very charismatic
