It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

Brilliant as usual, but I had to skip the films/books descriptions in the end because they were unbelievably disgusting.
