We're heading into the weekend humming, "Each day is a little life / Each night wipes the slate clean."

Make your plans to journey into the forest, where curses and blessings are hard to tell apart, we all make mistakes, and sometimes we need more than one night to wipe the slate clean.

We're only a few days into rehearsals for THE WANTING FOREST, but we can already tell that this is a special one.

We started the week with movement, exploring how our bodies could tell stories together. We ended with reading the full text and singing through it.

Awesome meeting yesterday with the fabulous Chris Hoover, Interim Executive Director at New Bridges Immigrant Resource Center.

We were dreaming of how we can work together for mutual support on our upcoming production of THE LAST WIDE OPEN, which features an immigrant story.

We had a truly fun time, and we are grateful for everyone who came out to play.

We had the most beautiful evening of auditions ever, last night!

Auditions can be stressful, so our goal is always to make them as welcoming as possible. Nature helped us out with beautiful weather, a bald eagle fly-by, and a visit from our 2000-pound neighbors.

We think we probably have room to debate about what truths are the highest, and whether a universal telling is even possible, but we know we need the healing power of theater.
