Tillis: You decided to kill that dog because you had not invested the appropriate time in training it, and then you have the audacity to say itβs a leadership lesson. You killed a goat and said it was behaving badly. Youβre a farmer β you donβt castrate a goat, they behave badly.

Our nation is again at war, not because we had to but because the president recklessly chose to.
Now we must recognize who pays the price: not the president and his wealthy allies, but service members and ordinary Americans.
I know that things can feel helpless for us average Americans right now.
So just keep doing the things we CAN do.
Speak out. Call your members of Congress. Protest. Get organized. Donate to candidates. Register voters. And vote at every opportunity, primary or general, local or state or federal.
There is no consistent narrative of why we started this war in Iran. So, when someone is telling me why they did something and then change their narrative I assume theyβre lying to me.
However, this war is all about narrative. Trump is trying to wrench the attention of the public off of Epstein.
DOJ's recent 6th Circuit filing misspelled:
Voters as βVotorsβ
Emergency as "Emeregency"
United States as "United Staes"
And, it included a non-party in the caption.
These are the people who want access to your sensitive voting records and who my team fights in court every day.
This article should have made the basic point that other countries are governed by the rule of law. Itβs not about βeagernessβ to prosecute and itβs not a puzzle. Itβs a marker of a deep US problem.

URGENT: Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna are using a discharge petition to force a vote on stopping Trump's war in Iran.
We've beat Mike Johnson BAD with discharge petitions beforeβand we'll do it again!
Tell your Rep. to sign on right now:
My law firm is currently litigating 86 voting and election cases in 41 states. I expect several more to be filed this week. Here are the states where we are currently most active:

Another way of looking at this is:
The Comfort of Supremacy: Apathy is a luxury afforded only to those whom the system was built to protect. By refusing to confront racist rhetoric or fascist drift, the "apathetic" are tacitly agreeing that their comfort is worth more than the safety of others.
What's the real reason for this war in Iran? Trump and Netanyahu are using the same authoritarian playbook. A big part of that playbook is using war to blot out your failures and any criticism you are facing at home.
Some thoughts...
The U.S. is now engulfed in what could be another forever war in Iran. Hereβs a warning from 10 years ago that sadly feels too relevant right now.

Who is the worst president of all time?
Can there be any doubt now?
βYes, and how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the windβ
Itβs not supporting the troops to send them off to kill and die in an illegal war of aggression whose purpose is to make sure that their votes donβt count.

U.S. military spending is set to hit a record $1.5 trillion.
Roughly half of defense spending goes to private contractors that routinely price-gouge the government.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon has failed EIGHT straight audits.
The military industrial complex is cheering today.
The President has launched our nation and our great military into a war of choice, risking American lives and resources, ignoring American law, and endangering our allies and partners. It does nothing to help with the urgent problems here at home that Americans face every day.

Does a possible threat of long range missiles justify a certain war?
Diplomacy was abandoned for an ultimatum.
Civilian casualties are already being reported.
This is an unjust and unnecessary war. I am opposed to going to war for such razor thin reasons.
Just saying, but when people are trying to do everything they can to prevent you from voting, thatβs when you absolutely need to vote.
Ready to make this the biggest midterm turnout in history?
The richest man owns X.
The second and third richest men control Google.
The fourth richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
The fifth richest man owns The Washington Post.
And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros.
See the problem here?
I'm not going to say I am a one-issue voter, because I am not.
But, whichever Democrat or Democrats run on a promise to break up corporate media without mercy.... those are the candidates who get my immediate support. And yeah, if they want to make it part of overall aggressive trust busting, ok!
It sounds like the military accidentally shot down a customs and border patrol drone in El Paso.

This is a rotten deal that the Trump regime has rubber stamped.
State AGs must step in and block it.
Five corporations control 90% of the US media market.
Airlines merged from 12 major carriers in 1980 to 4 today.
Four giants control 80% of meat processing.
The evidence of corporate consolidation is everywhere.
It means more power for them and less freedom for you.
This is a big one. A newly uncovered document has revealed the existence of a mystery Epstein investigation. It was spearheaded by the DEA and involved drug trafficking and money laundering. Epstein was one of 15 targets. The other 14 names are redacted. I've got questions.
