Learn to spend some time alone. It is part of the art of loving. When you can be alone, you can then be with others without using them as a means to escape.

Have you ever asked people for help & they did NOT help you. This forced you to dig deep within yourself, and you found strength & resources you never knew you had? Sometimes, it’s the absence of help that propels you to grow & help yourself.

Crazy is often being right too early.

Apparently, learning is boring unless it’s gossip. Teachers should just start every lecture like: “Omg, did you hear about Venn Diagrams?!”🙆🏽‍♀️🤸🏾‍♂️🫢

I just want to see what happens if I don’t give up. Now 42 pounds lighter (a.k.a 19 Kilograms down) and the best part is that I feel fitter and happier. I’m smiling again—and I mean it.🥹🙈💪🏽
