A colored, illustrated comic of an important day for the Sawamura-Sugawara family. In the first page, post-timeskip Daichi is carrying his and Koushi's five-year-old son in his arms. Daichi has a bit of a five o'clock scruff and is wearing a lavender polo, while his son wears a yellow, long-sleeved shirt with three star motifs on the sleeve and blue jeans. Daichi asks him, "Are you excited?" to which his son replies an enthusiastic, "Yeah! Let's go, Tou-san! I wanna see Papa!" He also adds on, "I'm gonna share all my toys with them!" Daichi gently replies, "It might be a while before they can play with you..." then compliments him, saying, "That's very kind of you, though!"

The second page includes a panel at the top with post-timeskip Koushi, hair slightly longer and tied in a small ponytail. He is wearing a pale green shirt with three clover motifs and a pale pink sweater. He has his arms spread out happily, while his son beams and races towards him. His son yells, "Papa!" while Koushi replies, "There's my boy!" Underneath the panel, their son is shown hiding behind Koushi, looking slightly nervous. Koushi giggles and asks, "Are you getting shy now?" Then, he reassures him, saying, "It's OK, come here. They've been waiting to meet you..."

The third page reveals that their son had been eagerly and nervously waiting to meet his new, twin baby siblings. The background resembles the Haikyuu!! episode where Daichi and Koushi receive fortunes for a "future blessing," wherein their children are said blessings. The words "Big brother!" are displayed behind their son as he peers excitedly at his siblings, who are asleep on a bed. The babies' hair is a similar shade to Koushi's, but darker, and has a straighter texture. They each have a distinctive mole under their lip, on opposite sides. The Sawamura-Sugawara eldest child is a son called Hiroki, aged 5 years and 7 months old. Their second child is a daughter, Akiko, only a day old and 12 minutes older than her twin brother. Their third child is another son, Kohaku, also only a day old and 12 minutes younger than his twin sister.

The fourth page includes a top panel of wholesome exchanges of dialogue. Hiroki says, "They're so...little..." as Daichi replies, "Right? That's why you can look out for them as a big brother!" Koushi adds on, "Then as you grow up, you'll all take care of each other!" Daichi assures that, "Your siblings will love you as much as we do, baby." Then, Koushi asks, "Oh, darling, why are you crying?" Hiroki warbles out, in genuine distress, "Tou-san, Papa--they don't have any arms!" The bottom panel shows Hiroki bursting into tears as Daichi and Koushi are surprised, but amused at Hiroki's outburst, with Daichi cartoonishly spitting out water. The comic ends with a note that Suga-sen/Suga-papa then taught Hiroki about the concept of "swaddling." Hiroki was relieved that his sister and brother did indeed have arms.
