I went up to Flat Iron/Peak 5024 this morning for Thanksgiving and ran into Flat Iron Jim on the way down!

This guy is my hero! He's 93 years old and still hiking. I want to be like him one day!

It's been a few days since the Summit Challenge and my knees were finally feeling up for hiking again! I started myself off easy today with a 5 mile stroll through the Supes. Beautiful views, beautiful weather, and even found a cool skull 😅

I did it!!

Yesterday, I participated in the Phoenix Summit Challenge! 7 summits, 23 miles, over 5700ft of elevation.

It was tough, but lots of fun and I can't wait to do it again next year!
