I got all ready for an appointment (via zoom) all while desperately trying to pull myself out of a bad and grumpy mood. Got everything set up and ready - only to find my appointment is tomorrow. No I don’t know whether to be grumpy or happy. 😃

I once sat at an intersection in my car.I watched a truck coming down the hill.I saw a car speeding.I was certain they were gonna collide.I had no place to go.And they did collide,tools and metal crunching,glass breaking,tires flying,truck flipping and screaming.

I went swimming for one hour. Only to come back and find out about 2 mass shootings, an intentional church fire and that there’s a hurricane coming.

ADHD overwhelm. I pulled everything out of my kitchen cabinets yesterday because it was all so cluttered and jumbled together. I’ve been working on it on and off all day today and I’m still not done.

My question is, do people really spend $110 on yoga mats?I felt like I was splurging at six dollars. 🤣
