Sure. But most Christians are really bad at doing that which is why they have the whole salvation through faith alone deal. It gives them an easy escape hatch from ever having to reflect on the inherent flaws in the religion.

The funniest thing is that Christian’s would rather dismiss the validity of someone else’s Christianity and fuel their sense of persecution than examine the cause of the problem itself because that opens up their own beliefs to valid criticism.

That’s the neat part about Christianity. There’s so much flexibility for what is considered important it has over 40,000 denominations. They’re all Christians by definition.
