CommUnity Food Bank will be open with special hours the Wednesday before Thanksgiving from 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Food Bank, Financial Support, and our administrative offices will be closed November 27-29. Have a safe and happy holiday!

TP CommUnity is a wrap, and we're so grateful to groups like Gloria Dei Lutheran Church who donated just shy of 400 lbs. of toilet paper to the food pantry!
When budgets are tight, many of our neighbors are left to choose between food and "luxuries" like toilet paper and other hygiene products.
"Many of you know that SNAP Benefits are not being given while the government is shut down. A lot of people are asking... what they can do to help." Says our food pantry Volunteer Coordinator in a message to volunteers.

On an average Saturday, CommUnity Food Pantry serves 180 families... This past Saturday, we served 285.
YOU can make a big difference by hosting a food drive. Large-scale food donations like this make a big impact because we can turn around and distribute the food to those in need immediately.
“We need more community buy-in and more community support so that we can help meet the needs of our neighbors,” said Ryan Markle, Food Bank & Financial Support Manager. “We know the funds just aren’t going to be there at the state or national level.”
