I finally bought some new gym clothes. I’ve replaced shoes as often as I’ve needed them, but I’m still rocking a 12 year old shirt with the pits worn thin, and the line of every squat bar I’ve used permanently etched into the back.

And I’ll still wear it until it’s falling off my body. 😎

If you're more of a posterior chain squatter (hams, glutes, lower back focus with a low bar on your back) you're probably more flat foot with a wider stance. An elevated heel is nice if you squat high bar and let your knees travel past your toes.

I recommend both, but these are a nice change for me

Good on you! I'm still working on it. My ankle flexibility is much better, but my hams and thighs collide before I get far enough down. I basically digitigrade squat with my heels up. 😂

Very solid and encourages you to squat a little more quad dominant. So far, so good! Worth a try unless you're more of a posterior chain squatter.

I got a pair of Do-Win's from Rogue. First pair I've ever used so I can't fairly compare brands, but you feel absolutely solid on the floor. Zero shift from side to side, almost like you've locked into snowboard bindings.

Got myself a pair of squat shoes with an elevated heel and damn did squats feel good! I’ve slowly transitioned from a low bar powerlifting squat to high bar upright form, and I’m loving how it feels.

Ok question for everyone just cause curious.

Is like.. REALLY thick fabric for graphic tees and stuff super in at the moment? I feel like lots of places have started doing this and I’m wondering if this is “in” right now. Like do you guys prefer thin or thick fabric on your tees?
