Dalfen Industrial has sold its 470,000 square foot warehouse in Roxbury Township, NJ to DHS. This building is four times the size of Delaney Hall. and could potentially hold 4000 of our neighbors.

A lot was done to get the landslide win for New Jersey Governor race. One that really has not been mentioned enough is the grassroots organizing that has been going on everyday since Nov. 2024.
We wiped the tears from our faces and kept on going, adding more people as we kept going.

➡️ A lot of 2024 Trump voters stayed home - highlighting his dependence on infrequent voters

➡️ Dem turnout was huge, but not solely responsible for the gains

➡️ The Trump-to-Dem flips really moved the needle

This chart shows the percent of registered voters who lived within 1 district of an early voting site and their municipalities. The reference line represents this percent of voters for Hudson County.

Hudson County had 32 early voting locations this past June primary - the most out of any county in the state. However, the distribution of these sites was far from equal, with most locations concentration in the north part of the county.

Greg Abbott's Operation Lone Star was a bonanza for Texas cities, counties Lone Star grants paid for pickups, office furniture, workout rooms and other items with little connection to border security. 'There it is,' we'll take it,' one county judge said of the state money.
