What do you do when you have intense rage for weeks? I just pulled laundry from the dryer and I didn’t recognize some of my own clothes and was infuriated!

Trying to explain depression. It’s not just crying. My heart is sad. My head is angry. I feel like I’m drowning and I don’t know which way is up. I reject big emotions. I’m finding new triggers everywhere, even in things that used to make me happy. It’s not moving because what’s the point?

I was actually able to laugh today. I was thinking I might feel well enough to read. Then I got sent into another spiral.

I just saw Wicked for Good and I’ve seen a lot of pictures of Jonathan Bailey recently and I was starting to think he’s looking a little older, like on the silver fox side of things . I just looked up his age. He is 2 months older than me! 🤦‍♀️ If anyone needs me I’ll me moisturizing. lol

Uber should sue

I can not trust or rely on my family for simple tasks or common courtesy. I get the worst of them because “they feel comfortable around me” and “if they don’t tell me the truth who will”

I know. It’s just that you have to taper off one and then let the new one build up in your system and that gap is absolute hell. I am a big believer in meds, I never hide the fact that I take them.
