Another one that gets all the love: the study and sustainable sunflower sprout. It's robust enough to be a standalone, dippable snack. Imagine the flavour of sunflower seed, but as a green. I like them with everything - but especially breakfast.

Sweet pea micros are another all-around green that makes an excellent side. I like to do a sweet pea salad with ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, honey and sesame seeds.

We mainly supply restaurants and caterers, but we also like our micros at home. I mean we really like them. We love our micro cilantro, which is a milder, more tender version of the one you're used to buying in the store. It also lasts up to x3 longer in the fridge than regular cilantro. - V
