"Render" is another word for "produce" or "output". The biggest use of the word in art is for rendering details, which basically just means putting the time into making them fit the look you're going for.

Lighting and shading and stuff is rendering, but technically so is a paint bucket tool.

I know I don't really know the context, but I'd mostly disagree.
Obviously some things are best staying personal, but like..having connections and outlets is important. Asking for help and having people to vent to demands vulnerability, but it doesn't mean we're lesser or weaker for needing them.

Don't worry all too much about how many you get out! If one is all you can do, it'll still be contributing

I had an idea for a new character in one of my comics, and they kinda became a comfort character overnight. But the comic they're in comes up after a LOT of things being established, so I gotta get like 10 other stories out at least before they can show up :(
