Yeah, they can develop stupidly fast out of the most unassuming movements 😩 Controllers are particularly terrible about it, if your hands are not just right for them or the game's controls make you hold them weird.

Wrap ones are better because you can regulate them more easily (I have tiny wrists so...), though you gotta find the right model for you.
Comfy mouse, keyboard and position for the activities you do are important. I recently changed my kb and I thought it was too high, but I found a comfy position.

Stretching & co that are always good, but wrist braces are my main lifesaver. I have one for desk activities (typing, gaming, rest, anything BUT drawing) and one for bed (to avoid twisting my wrist or sleeping on it), and I went from being resigned to the pain to not having big issues in years.

Got our GH doorsign ready and it's so fucking stupid I love it, but I'm gonna wait till tomorrow to post it since it's definitely not thematic to today lol

Page 1 of the comic "Swallowtail" by E. M. Fields. The first panel shows a vista from atop a high tower overlooking the surface of the Omegadungeon - a vast labyrinth world cloaked in permanent eclipse. A Drakencult soldier in rad draconic armor rushes to the balcony and points and shouts - "It's Swallowtail!" The titular thief, dressed in dark blue leather and with their iconic swallowtail cape, leaps from the parapet. They glance back at the pursuing soldiers, showing the snarling bronze demon mask covering the lower half of their face. The next six panels show a montage of the drakencult soldiers readying crossbows and firing at the fleeing, free-falling Swallowtail! Swallowtail falls towards a long red banner hanging from a neighboring tower, grabbing it at the last moment and swinging away from the hail of crossbow bolts. In the final panel they are running away, clutching a skeletal urn with gold coins spilling out of it as they make their escape...

The second, final page of the Swallowtail comic by E. M. Fields. Swallowtail runs down the spiral steps of the tower, drakencult hot on their heels. A hug, brutish drakencult soldier with a two-handed bardiche ambushes them from around the curve of the stairs, tackling them both off the edge as they land in a heap below. Struggling over the bardiche and Swallowtail's dagger, the soldier reaches towards them menacingly - "Now we'll see what's REALLY under that mask!" With his hand grasping the metal maw, Swallowtail barks back - "IT'S NOT A MASK." As the jaws of the 'mask' come to life and clamp down on the soldier's hand... The final panel is Swallowtail running towards the reader, urn and gold in one hand and dagger in the other, swallowtail cape streaming behind them, and the soldier's bloody hand gripped in their metal teeth.

Concept art of Arakne, the broodmother of all Magnarak, in her den, a huge geode. Set in the past, an ancestor of the current humans has come to meet her.

Concept art of The Citadel, the settlement that houses both people and Magnarak. In a forest of giant trees, spiderweb structures are used to form roads and buildings, connecting both the large pit and the trees that surround it. It was built above Arakne's den when people found refuge under her care in exchange of taking care of her children.

Painted doodles of two scenes set during the Shadow in the Ice chapter, specifically from of one of my AUs in which Ardea is the Commander. In the top pic, Ardea is quite literally burning with rage, gripping the magical arrow Bangar shot her with as she growls "You BASTARD", breathing out fire. In the bottom pic, Ardea has turned into her elemental form, but her rage was so strong it went from fire to magma. She is slamming her massive magmatic claws on the snow, as Braham in Wolf form jumps to tackle her head. Rytlock and Crecia can be seen as small silhouette behind the thick steam formed by the contact between snow and lava.

Some quick explorations of Ardea's secret weapon, a dangerous ritual spell that can turn her into an elemental.
