This saved my life this month. Coming from a chronic isolationist that's the equivalent of actively refusing help. Your loved ones cannot read your mind. You are loved. Someone will help you. I started with a helpline and it gave me courage, that's a lot of ppl's first step. we must live🤟

i know it feels like you'll just be bringing people down or wasting their energy. don't do it. isolation is the power-sucker of all time. force yourself to reach out or say yes to someone else reaching out. FORCE IT if you have to, even if it's not a good time

dont get me wrong i've had beautiful experiences and met a lot of truly solid folks, along with the worst i've ever met. and i will always be so grateful to my very kind friends, mutuals, fellow artists, and folks who genuinely enjoyed my work. you will still be able to see my new things

i find less and less meaning to posting and engaging with the side of the internet i found myself in
