The Trump administration had made no plans for vaccine distribution and the Biden transition team received very little help or cooperation from them. The fast dispersion of vaccines is entirely thanks to the Biden admin, its other glaring flaws aside.

The PEOPLE made it worse. Biden didn't stop anybody from taking advantage of what was available. The PEOPLE chose rugged individualism over public safety.

Yeah, and people still don't do it. Thats my point. Masks and vaccines were free and these people had a bitch fit about their freedoms and refused all of it.

People were fiercely against the recommended guidelines and not following them anyway.
